Union Township Community Action Organization, Inc. (UTCAO) is a private, nonprofit social service organization that also provides early childhood education at its daycare center in Vauxhall, New Jersey. It was founded in October 1967 by a group of concerned citizens from many walks of life. The purpose of the organization is to identify, assess, and resolve some of the social ills faced by many of the community residents. This is accomplished through education, participation in positive employment opportunities, and the provision of a wide range of social services and programs responsive to those needs. Our goals are to remain an essential and viable asset to the community’s citizens, with the continued support and involvement of business, industry, the private and public sectors, and the community at large.
